Volunteer Program
Are you outgoing, positive, and looking to have an impact on our beautiful guests stay? Then this might be the opportunity for you.
We offer volunteer positions all year round. Learn how to surf, practice your Spanish, and do yoga all while gaining experience working in the international tourism field.
We currently have availability from:
April/May 2024
Social Host
In exchange for room and board, you'll help out around the place. Tasks include: coordinating the daily schedule, assisting at meal times, scheduling adventures and activities, packing surfboards away at the end of the day, blogging to our website, and more.
Many of our previous volunteers have learned to surf during their stay with us and greatly improved their ability!
THE DEAL
First time volunteers may stay for up to 12 weeks. The minimum stay is 10 weeks — longer is ideal.

Be sure to include the dates you’re available (2 month minimum), what country you are from, previous travel experience, and languages spoken. If you have any special talents or skills such as photography, video editing, or website design, be sure to let us know.
Please note that we only have staff housing for 2, so it’s usually impossible to host friends or couples traveling/volunteering together.
We’re closed yearly for September/October and as a result don’t need volunteers during those months.
